Diva Keren is the founder of Diva Keren Executive, a fastgrowing company specializing in consulting and recruiting for executive and senior management position. Our sector specialisms include: Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, Healthcare IT, Cyber security for medical applications, IoMT.
Diva has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources sector. Prior to founding the Company in 2004, Diva established and managed the Life Sciences department of a well-known recruitment consulting firm, serving as an HR manager for various biotech companies. Before specializing in the executive search profession, Diva managed the Human Resources department for a major IT company.
Diva began her career as a copywriter in an advertising agency, after which she managed social government projects for six years.
Diva received her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and her master’s degree in Gerontology
from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev
Diva is also a certified coach, with a diploma from Tel Aviv University.
